A pocket holster keeps a small pistol or revolver upright in a front pocket, covers the trigger and breaks up the gun’s outline. It is one of the easiest ways to carry, and a holster is a must; a loose gun in a pocket is never safe.

What makes a good pocket holster
- A grippy or hooked outer face so the holster stays in the pocket on the draw.
- A stiff mouth or flat backer to hide the gun’s shape.
- Full trigger guard coverage.
- Nothing else in that pocket.
